Use of the Site & Prohibited Activities

- Posting items in incorrect categories.

- Price manipulation or interference with other users’ listings.
- Posting false, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content.
- Any action that damages our rating system.
Registration Requirements:
- Provide full legal name, current address, valid email, and other necessary details.
- Confirm you are 18+ years old and responsible for account security.
- Do not transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Payments & Invoice Processing
- Sonovive determines payment terms.
- Payment must be received before order processing (unless credit terms are agreed).
- Accepted methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Wire Transfer.
- Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders (e.g., pricing errors).
- Late payments may incur a 1% monthly penalty (or maximum legal rate).
